As usual, I am enjoy myself to the best of my ability. Outing and meet ups are as usual. I just enjoy it. At least it helps me to derail unhappy moments that are mostly caused by the time spent in my full-time occupation.
I balanced it with outings and meet up with friends. Eat all I can is something that I wish I could do. However, my appetite restricts me from achieving it. Haha. Alright, enough said.
SYF 2011 for Band on 3rd of May. I was glad to dismount and can make it for the performance. SRJC did ok in general. But sadly, I would say my year is better. The sound produced wasn't as good as those from my batch. But they have tried their best. A bronze award is what they have gotten in this years' SYF. Standard increased tremendously! But I know they have tried their best. I miss band though!
On Voting day, it was my cousin Sis's Birthday Planned an outing at Marina Square with cousin Samuel and family. It was a good takeway that day as I was really astounded by a waitress named Amal working the restaurant Hippopotamus at Marina Square where we dine. I've got lots to learn from her what I call truly excellent customers service. Impressive. Anyway, the foos itself is impressive with a surprisingly big portion. (Speaks for the name of the restaurant Haha). A small gift to Sis Jo from KIEHLS' before heading off. Glad she likes it! Fulfilling day indeed =) Home Sweet Home for the GE 2011 results.
Mum's Birthday on 9th May. It was a day after a tiring duty on 8th May. Celebrated her Birthday on Monday night. Simple family dinner is what we always practise and I guess that is enough to make her day. End off the day with a cake cutting session. I love you mum!
(12/05)Joined MC, Ari, Rups and Kat for a dinner session as a gathering before MC enlist. Haha. Finally they are going in. Astons at The Cathay for dinner and THOR after that. Starbucks before Home Sweet Home =)
(15/05)Met up with Yaya, Kat, Ming Ci and Yi Pei. It was a planned outing by Vicky. Sadly he was sick and unable to make it. It was still a good one as the gossips and chats kept everything lively and happy. New York New York for dinner, followed by STARBUCKS at One Fullerton. Thanks guys!
Alright, that's the end. This 2 weeks passed really quickly as I took off on standby days. Shall post more of such in future whenever I am free. Duty tmr on Vesak Day. Sigh. Can't visit the temples as I will be stuck in camp. Till then, thanks for viewing =)
