Hello guys, how are you today? Today is a tiring day for me I would say. Mixing, beating, folding, pouring etc, all drained out my energy! I was pretty shag after everything was done. And that's my first attempt in making Tiramisu.

I have got the recipe from Kat and I have got to experience making it with her. Its easy but test ones ability to mix and fold the Marscapone Cheese. Patients and skills are needed to make the best Tiramisu!

The aftermath of making this dessert is still Ok. Washing up is not a chore at all. The most tiring part is the folding of the eggs and cheese! Need more practise. Overall, a satisfied Stanley!

Today is quite well spent. However, after doing it all by myself, I felt that making desserts, pasties or in short, food ain't that easy. Its a skill that one needs experience and time to achieve before making the best dinings or satisfing desserts.

Since its that tedious, I promise myself to make it only when necessary! Maybe for this CNY, I wouldmake maybe 2 more for my close ones as requested by Dad. I would not wanna do it again after that. Its tiring! May wanna try something else!

Its in the fridge now. not sure whether its sucessful or not! Think should be OK! be back for the results! =)
