Greeting to u guys. Stan is here once again as usual. I have experienced quite a bit for this week, be it emotions or activities. Without further a-do, shall start.Hmm, I remember very clearly that i booked in with a very high feeling. I felt enthusiastic for the week as i will be having Games Day, OC evening and GPR. All these activities sounds fun to me especially for Games Day.I participated in the cheerleading team as mentioned in my last post. Remember how i felt when i first started the training? I seriously didn't expect a 180 change in the cheerleading. Here is how i felt.We had practise on Monday and Tuesday as Games Day is on Wed. We seriously put in heart and soul into it, giving our best. I remember i perspire lots and i cut my index finger by the fan as i jump too high and too enthusiastically. Well, I love the nice movements that we did.I love the groove that we all have and all the nice movements! On Wednesday, when we executed the bitchy and slutty movements, the whole school 1 was cheering for us. I was really glad then. I knew our hardwork has paid off in practicing all those moves. It must have been very impressive. However, we still lost to Zulu Coy in cheerleading. I am not sure what is the reason but am happy that we won a second place and we have done our best. Our very best! Our unique cheer is definitely the best out of all coy to many i guess! All the way man Quebec cheerleaders! Never have I thought of being a cheerleader in my life. Well, it was a good experience at least!Next up, OC afternoon was excellent! Platoon 3 did a very good job for the skit! The audience at least laugh till they drop. My favourite was ACSM acted by JY! The Bapope was funny too! Haha! Good afternoon indeed! Really enjoy it a lot! Had an enjoyable day! =)Woke up real early on Thursday. Woke up at 4.15am that day to prepare for our first parade rehearsal. Am going to stand in the first row! Indeed really very stressful as drill must be up to standard! I will try my very best ya =) POP LOH!!! =)Had our "section gathering" yesterday. I wouldn't call it a section gathering as there are so many other platoon mates came along. Overaall, i guess we had fun! The food is really VERY VERY NICE! Love the pork and Salmon! My goodness best! Felt really good to have a meal under a nice roof and spacious semi-d. Haha. Thanks a lot Kenneth! Really love it lots!

17 weeks of training in BMTC is going to end in a week time. This 17 weeks i have definitely learn a lot of things. I have forged friendships with lots of platoon mates within this 17 weeks and i dare say they are lovely. Although sometimes we have misunderstandings here and there, its no surprise. We ought to experience it in life right?
When I think of it, this 17 weeks flies really very quickly. But when i scrutinise further, i have, or rather, we have experienced lots of shit! Went through hell week during fieldcamp.
Its when we sweat together, went though tekan session, area cleaning, PT sessions and all other activities that made us closer to one another. The experience i have is definitely memorable. I will miss party session after RO the most when i am in my new unit!
Hmm, got to finish off as i need to do my stuff. Shall write more next week to wrap up my BMTC experience ok! Till then. Bye!

Yo, back to blog. Miss my blog lots man. All my experiences are typed in this blog, hence i would like to treasure it lot! This week is my week 15 in BMTC. Reminscing these 15 weeks, i felt a sense of belonging, warmth and friendship within the platoon. I sat down alone beside my bed during rest time and envisage the days when we sweat, got punished and suffer together. 2 more weeks and we are going to leave each other to individual units. I can't bare to leave them man.Its like we have just started a new friendship between one another and its going to be distorted in 2 weeks time. I believe we can sustain this friendship for as long as we can. Well, i believe we will still be in contact when we are in different units right?Ok, shall say about some things that happened this week. Monday is a slack day. I reported sick that day as my cough and flu is affecting me quite a lot. Only got 1 day attn B from the Malay MO. Sigh. But i should be contented as he usually give Attn A! LOL! Supposed to be IPPT but they change to Thursday. Had the BPSM test which i think is a bit pointless. Dinner after that!Tuesday was IST and cheerleading pactice. Oh ya i joined the cheerleading group for GAMES DAY this coming Wed. Not too bad. Wed is a nice day. SOC cancelled due to wet weather. The rain was heavy and intense. We do area cleaning for 2 hours but of course we slack a while before cleaning. Haha. Lunch after cleaning. OC night rehearsal begins after a nice lunch. Cheerleading practice again! I wanted to quit initially as i dun feel that sense of belonging. Very boring! Well, after 2 hours of practice, i felt excited! Its fun! Dinner after the practice. Nice and cooling weather is so good! Thought we will have long admin time as IPPT is on Thursday! In the end, PCs and PSs got to check every individual's locker for lost money! Some idiot stole $200+. OMG. Slept at 11pm that day and wole up at 4.45am on thursday.IPPT was in the morning. I was pretty nervous but i told myself to try my best. In the end, i did 6 chin ups. I know i didn't do standard ones, i tried my very best! The most important thing is to try to pass. This IPPT was really my best out of so many trials! Haha. Glad that i pass! But will still do chin up regime with them as its for my own good! Gym training at in the afternoon! Practiced POP movements at night. Slept at 10.30 or 11, i cant remember.16km route march in the morning was tiring on a friday. Had so little sleep man, was kinda nervous. Well, so glad that i have completed it with Apache, Yankee and Zulu! My back is aching so badly now! But its over! Cheerleading practice after that! Can't wait to perform man! NiceWent out with Tevin, Wee Hao, David, Ian and Teck Soon yesterday. Movies weren't good these days, so we went for buffet instead! Yuki Yaki at Marina Square is good! Paid $25.60 for buffet with ice cream! Lovely!(pic in fb)Went to catch some plushies after that. Am quite sad that i have gotten myself nothing after spending about $16 in total! Only got a small rabbit! Waste of money man! Sad sad sad!Went to meet my cousin at clementi after that! My aunt is feeling better after her operation and i am glad! Went to IMM and West Mall as my cousin wanna get a new phone! Well, fruitless leads again as they phone he wanted is out of stock! Sigh! Went home after that!Yeah, thats about it. This week will be a slack week again! Will wanna enjoy this week to the fullest as there will be events coming up. Just hope everything will be fine! Chaos! Back in a week time! =)A wonderful BMTC experience!Labels: Enjoying BMTC

Back to blogging again. Felt really 'sian' booking in so early today at 4.25pm. Well I guess they have reason for that, which is time delay. The last time when we book out with duffer bag, it all delay till 9 plus 10. Hence i guess they want us to rest well as they will be IPPT tmr.
This 2 weeks in camp is another long long duration. The first week were quite intensive with SOC, BCCT and grenade throw scheduled. Set off on Saturday for SIT test in a humid afternoon. The first 4km was a feat for me as it was really really HOT. The next 8km was manageable i guess. Hope the 16km March this week will be better than expected!
SIT test is another field activity. I would say we are seriously unlucky as it rain again for 2 consecutive days. Luckily it did not rain while we were sleeping. Made new friends in the detail that is allocated to me. I would say i am kinda lucky as the officer of mine is a care bear! LOL! Really treat us very well! SGT Patrick was my detail IC. Very nice of him!
The worst in SIT test is the fast March! Its a feat for me man! My abrasion on my right thigh is making me so uneasy! Well, i dun wanna talk about it man!
Overall for SIT test, i did my part even though going to SISPEC or OCS is not my aim! I cooperated with those who wanna go and did my best to help them. No regrets. But hated some 'garang kias'!
Intensive IPPT training after that! Not bad i think its really very effective! If this continues, i might stand a higher chance to do better!
Ok, enough of military stuff as for now. Finish 90% of the high key events in BMTC! POP in 3 weeks time! Woohoo!!
Went out with Kenny, Jack and Kenneth for shopping and catching up. Bought a pair of jeans at MUJI at $35. Super cheap and the quality is really good! 50% off! Haha! Met cousin for movie after that.
Band audition yesterday morning! Overslept! Took a cab down! Overall, slim chance of getting into SAF band, but i am praying hard! Met up with section 3 for out first outing. Went to play LAN! It was quite fun!
Met up with Yaya, Jas, Rups and Kenny for a meal. Did not see each other for 11 weeks already, Manhattan Fish Market is awesome man! Really satisfying. Catch up with them lots on their life. Most of them are fine and started planning for future. haha. I should be doing so too.
Went to esplanade to take a seat and continue chatting anything under the sun. Was really lethargic at 10.30. Went off around that time.
Yeah, that's about it. 3 more weeks to go and i am off to Taiwan for a short trip! Can't wait man! Be back next week for more! =)
