Hello, shall update my blog again! Went to Kat's place yesterday(Thursday) to help out with Pastries making. Pineapple tarts were the highlight for that day. Did in total 10 bottles(3 big 7 small) from 12nn to 8.30pm. It was really tedious wrapping pineapple fillings into the dough. OMG! Well, let me share the procedure!
Reach her house at 11.30am, chat a bit and started making at 12nn. I was really elated when i first a pineapple tart all by myself after guidance from Kat. This is my 1st tart!!
Really learn quite fast after only 5 mins of teaching from Kat and i can produce this result, applaudable i gues.
However, as the clock tickles, my patient level starts to drop gradually! I wasn't doing as good as those made initially! Some small while some big. In addition, there are cracks on the skin! Oh my god, i just couldn't take it! Its definitely not my cup of tea. Although its dragging, i persisted and finish making 10 bottles in total!
Before entering the oven and after entering the oven. Taste good i would say! Went to help her out as she has lots of orders to settle! Well, i just go or fun and also help out in one way or another. Day not wasted!After which, went to JUST ACIA for dinner at Dhoby Ghaut Xchange! Then acc Kat as she wanted a puff. Talk a little and i was shock! My phone went missing! I quickly ran up again! But Kat told me that she didn;t see me taking HP out! So i ran to Just Acia to ask if they have kept it! Luckily my phone was with them! Thank god it wasn't gone! Pheww! Careless Stanley! Need to correct this mistake!!Went to meet Jas Kenny and Rups at City Hall for just a haphazard meet up! Waited for my dad to come fetch me at 12.45am. Then Home Sweet Home!Labels: Another day
