Its a automatic water splashing system... The notes can be seen due to the lights shining on the water droplets that r released from the top.. Inventive or not? Sometimes musical notes, sometimes starsign etc.. Haha.. If u have the time, pls go down to Raffles City to take a look, its really nice and this will last a few mins every hr? Ya, not too sure, depends.. Haha...
